Summary
Well established boutique financial services firm is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support their busy recruitment function. Responsibilities include owning the entire candidate experience including lead recruiter on the junior level roles. Role requires heavy interview scheduling including setting up VC links, coordinating with agencies and hiring managers, scheduling feedback sessions, tracking candidates through the interview process, writing and posting job descriptions, screening resumes, and ensuring all candidates have a positive experience from resume submission to offer and onboarding. Very little sourcing is required in the role. Role will also project manage the ATS system and work on integrations with other HR processes and systems. Will run reports to drive change as well as inform the HR team and senior management on success and performance of processes and structure. Will also run the campus recruiting program and have the ability to work on projects in other areas of HR. Absolutely room to grow!
Qualifications
The ideal must have a college degree plus at least two years of relevant experience in financial services with heavy scheduling in a fast moving and demanding environment. Must be extremely detail oriented, and have proven success in a fast-paced work environment. Must have strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Must have strong technical skills in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and an ability to learn new technology easily. Prior experience using an ATS is a plus. Must be both analytical and marketing focused.
Compensation: $85-95K plus Bonus
